El Centro Town Center II ("ECTC II") will be a mixed-use center including retail, office and restaurant space. The site layout places major anchor tenants behind a strategically designed series of retail buildings, thus providing maximum exposure for its front retail outparcels.

ECTC II is located in El Centro's commercial retail district, near existing major retail anchors including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Target, Lowe's, Costco and Food 4 Less. As its name suggests, ECTC II is the second phase of a development project. ECTC I, a 29-acre shopping center anchored by Target and Lowe's, is already complete.
