DMP Limited Partnership will be an investor in the Delano Marketplace development project under YK America Regional Center. The Limited Partnership will invest in the development and management of nine commercial buildings which will bring new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. The Limited Partnership will develop 66,700 square feet of commercial space, which will be leased to retail, office and restaurant tenants.
Project Highlights
- Part of Delano Marketplace I, a master-planned new development
- Adjacent to an existing Home Depot and a planned Super Wal-Mart to open in 2010
- Located in an underserved area with no modern neighborhood shopping center within a thirty mile radius.
- Direct access to Highway 99 at the Woollomes Avenue intersection, which has annual average daily traffic counts of 103,000 (north and south).
Project Objectives
DMP will construct and manage nine commercial buildings to attract new enterprises including retail, food and office tenants to the Delano Markplace. The objective of the new development is to create new business and new jobs in Delano and to create profit for the Limited Partnership and its investors.

*The job creation window for each investor will commence six months after I-526 adjudication with the basic assumption that the processing time for adjudication of status or immigrant visa processing is six months.

Jack in the Box - is an American fast-food restaurant founded in 1951 in San Diego, California, where it is still headquartered today. In total, the chain has 2,100 locations; primarily serving the West Coast of the United States. Jack in the Box is ranked top 685 companies in 2008. It has more than $3 billion with 42,500 employees through out the United States.
El Pollo Loco, Inc. - One of the nation's leading quick-service chains specializing in flame-grilled chicken. It was founded in Mexico, 1966. By now, El Pollo Loco owns and operates nearly 140 restaurants while franchisees control nearly 180 restaurants. A majority of the units--roughly 80 percent--are located in California with its revenue of 300 million in 2008.
Panda Express - is a fast casual restaurant chain serving Americanized Chinese cuisine. It is one of the largest such chains of Chinese fast food restaurants in the United States. In 2007, the Panda Restaurant Group had annual sales of over $1 billion, over 13,000 employees, and with approximately 1,054 locations.
