El Centro Town Center II ("ECTC II") located on Highway 86 (Imperial Highway), and in the heart of El Centro's commercial retail district, near existing major retail anchors including a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Target, Lowe's, Costco and Food 4 Less. As its name suggests, ECTC II is the second phase of a development project. ECTC I, a 29-acre shopping center anchored by Target and Lowe's, is already complete. The center will be a mixed-use center including retail, office and restaurant space. The site layout places major anchor tenants behind a strategically designed series of retail buildings, thus providing maximum exposure for its front retail outparcels.
