Delano Marketplace is a proposed mixed-use, master-planned regional shopping center on 200 acres located along Woollomes Avenue, East of Highway 99, in the city of Delano, Kern County. As the largest development in the city, Delano Marketplace will serve the growing demand in its regional trade area while adding to the total local employment within the City of Delano in the northern Kern County region. The project will offer over 1.3 million square feet of commercial retail, including big box national retailer anchors and over 150 businesses. Delano Marketplace will also include a master planned multi-family residential community providing over 800 units along with a landscaped park for residents to participate in daily recreational activities.
